The Annotated Juggling Suns Project
This web site is my gift back to the Juggling Suns and their fans for all the wonderful times we shared together. It started as a learning project centered around the wonderful songs I've heard at Juggling Suns shows. I enjoy many styles of music and I really remember a song when the words touch me on a deeper level. Music is the language of the soul!
The inspiration for this site is the excellent Annotated Grateful Dead Lyrics site. In the future, I hope to expand the list of songs with completed text and add annotations from anyone who wants to contribute. At some point, I would like to provide a complete live recording of each song for you to experience as you read the lyrics. I'm counting on the fans to direct me to what they consider the best version of each song. I'm laying the groundwork for this project; however, what will really make this interesting is the interpretations and comments from the people that love this music. "We're all here together..."!
Finally, I owe a big THANK YOU to the members of the band for allowing me to go forward with this project and Taper88 who transcribed the majority of the songs currently listed. Please send me any comments or suggestions...
